Common questions

How do I cancel the trial or subscription?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cato → Cancel. Two taps, effective immediately at period end. The app never blocks this path.

How do I delete my account?

In Cato: Profile → Settings → Delete account. A code is sent to your number to confirm; then your number is removed from our systems and the on-device record is erased.

I changed phones. Where is my record?

The record lives on your device by design. Verify the same number on the new phone to keep your account; the wall's history stays with the phone that built it.

An order missed the mark.

After sealing a day you can mark the order right or wrong for you — Cato reads it and writes sharper tomorrow. For anything broken, email with a screenshot.
